Anyone looking to burn fat try 30 jump ropes then 10 lngues then 20 jump ropes 90 secs rest 3 sets , next day do the same only use knee jumps do it 6 days out of the week rest on the Sunday . Eat fruit and WHOLE eggs everyday. Drink water try not to eat crisps or drink soda. Even though people may say the yok is bad in the egg just eat it anyway it saves time making all these fancy fitness meals.
